Automated Control System for Homogenization Process

Project Overview

Our client wanted to improve efficiency in some part of their assembly line, which is called Homogenization Process. Previously, this process required five human labors to operate. We helped them to design  and implement their automation process by introducing PLC  and SCADA hardware and software. The project was a big success and now  the Homogenization  Process is  much more efficient by only have one operator to run and supervise the operation. In addition, the quality of their end products is much improved by having automation to fully control the process.
