Project Overview

Laundry Service for Hotels Business requires intensive data book keeping in terms of collection and delivery to ensure items are not missing, since the bed and linen items belong to the customers. PT PUJI in Bali chose us to build web application to transform their traditional pen and paper recording to mobile transaction using Web and Mobile Application. Discrepancy between data items recorded in the system and actual number of items in the fields are getting smaller using this new application. Thus, this translates to PT PUJI's customer satisfaction.
