Project Overview

PROBLEM STATEMENT : 

1. Because raw materials distributed to over 30 remote factories all over Indonesia (approx 100 machines), manufacturing is hard to control.
2. Unreliable and slow manual system from recording raw material lot, QC data, production results to ERP System.

SOLUTION  WITH IRIS SYTEM :  

1. Operator obtained direct Work Order from the HMI  and select it using Raw Material Barcode. Production Recording directly from Machine Controller to ERP (Fast and Paperless).
2. HMI helps collecting G, NG, NC data and send directly to ERP.
3. Shogun IOT Platform integrated monitoring system for Kaizen Analytic.
